We updated the app after upgrading our cameras, we are consistently having issues getting the app to open. We get a blue screen with the Arlo House image. It will stay like this then close out. Will do this multiple times. Why?!

Does the app ever open? Or are you unable to log in at all?

What mobile platform device is it occurring on?
Does it happen when your phone is connected to the local wifi or on cellular data only?
Arlo recently dropped support for any iOS versions below 15.
