AVD2001, Now you have upgraded the system there is no longer an option to dis arm which was helpful

Since the upgrade the option to disarm if someone was working in the garden area. Now we just have arm home, arm away or stand by but none of these options turn the doorbell off so it continually pings

You can use standby - which will disarm all the cameras.

You could also pause the notifications (though recordings would continue).

It is also possible to modify "Arm Home" to remove the rule for the doorbell.  Then change to "Arm Home" when you want to disarm the doorbell, but leave everything else armed.
