2 way audio arlo pro 5s

Is it natural or something wrong with my arlo.the issue is. The 2 way audio I can hear them through the camera good but they can't hear me when I talk to them through the cam or is there a setting g I need to change . I have three cam I check all their setting the audio is all ready at max

Check the phone settings for the app and verify the mic permission is enabled.

Yeah I check that and everything is good it just that it's so low that they can't hear me I test with different device it's still low and devi e is up to date

Check the speaker settings for the camera.

This can be found under Settings > Locations and Plans > Devices > select your Pro 5 > Audio Settings > Make sure the slider is set to 100%
