Hello.

I need to reset token for the VMB4540.

When adding the VMB4540 device to HomeKit, it asks for the connection code.

The Arlo Secure app lacks HomeKit functionality.

Firmware 1.25.1.0_1687_1f1c874

Hardware VMB4540r4

Serial Number

iPhone 11 iOS 18.1.1

Arlo Secure 5.4.2

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions

:How do I connect my Arlo device to Apple HomeKit?

You need to use the instructions to set up without a code within the link I had sent you.

Hello.
Everything worked out, it works.

But another problem appeared.
I accidentally removed a device from HomeKit and can't add it back. In the Arlo Secure app, the VMB4540 is not showing up in HomeKit where to add a device.

I understood that it is probably necessary to reset the VMB4540 token again.

I reset the token again. Follow the steps as listed in the link I had previously sent.
