Arlo Pro 4(VMC4041P) and Ultra 2(VMC5040-200NAS) cannot record on local USB storage

  I have an Arlo camera(VMC3030), I can do manual recording on camera local storage, but I cannot do the same on Arlo Pro 4 and Ultra 2. Is there anyway to work around on this ?

None of the currently sold cameras.  

The legacy Pro and Pro 2 cameras also have 7-day cloud storage.  But anything you purchase would either be used or very old inventory.

The VMC3030 has free 7-day cloud recording, so you can make manual recordings.

Not really, other than getting a subscription.
