 I cannot connect a new pro 4 camera to my wifi network. The camera chimes when presented with the QR code on my phone,  but the app cannot then find the camera. My router is a dual 2.4/5 GHz one, but there is no way of knowing which frequency my phone is connecting to, or any means of forcing it to connect only to 2.4 ghz network.

Try connecting it using a PC instead (my.arlo.com).  That sometimes will work when the app fails.

 

Do you have other Arlo cameras already connected to your home wifi?
