WE HAVE TWO ARLO ACCOUNTS AND WE WILL BE CONSIDERING USING ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS BECAUSE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION ISSUES WE ARE HAVING .
THIS IS AN UNFAIR PRACTICE THAT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL WILL BE NOTIFIED REGARDING AS IT WOULD CLASSIFY UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW.
WE PREVIOUSLY MOVED ONE CAMERA TO REPLACE WITH ANOTHER CAMERA OFF THE PLAN, NOW IT WON'T ALLOW US TO ADD THE CAMERA BACK ON BUT IT'S STILL WITHIN THE LIMITS.
ADVISE WHY THIS IS HAPPENING.
I REFUSE TO CONTINUE SERVICE ON BOTH ACCOUNTS IF THIS IS A PROBLEM THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO RECTIFY.

We need details (and maybe screenshots) of what's happening. What plan do you have? Show us the parts of the subscription settings so we can see the issue.
Also, it appears that you have a subscription so use of Settings, Support and selecting a suitable camera gives you access to support.
