My app will log me out randomly every few weeks or so

My app will log me out randomly every few weeks or so. When that happens, to log back in it says it doesn’t recognize my device (I’m the main account holder).

So it tries to verify me by sending a text. The problem with that is that once I switch apps the Arlo app resets. So the only way I can verify my account and get the app working again is by verifying with an email on a computer.

Really frustrating. Not sure why it happens but I need it to stop.

Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? What phone and OS version?

Have rebooted phone, and have had this happened on an iPhone 10 and my current iPhone 13. All software gets updated automatically.

I will try deleting app and reinstalling.
