- Can you livestream the camera?
- Can you make a manual recording (if you have 2K livestreaming enabled, you'll need to temporarily disable it to get this feature)?
- Have you double-checked that the camera is armed, and in the subscription plan?
- Have you tried the motion detection test? https://kb.arlo.com/41/How-do-I-change-the-motion-sensitivity-on-my-Arlo-camera

Hi StephenB,
I tried all those, including restart the camera at the app .
Eventually I removed the battery, put back and did a whole reconnection to the wireless and now it works.
My cameras were all connected to solar panels, sometimes they ceased and have to do a reconnection.
