no verification code for support chat

I have a base and thumb drive but no recordings are in the library.  I keep trying to get support but in the chat they keep saying they have sent me an email with a verification code for the chat but I do not receive any email.  Have tried multiple times over 2 days and still no email with code.  It is my correct email and it has not gone to spam.  I have added alerts@arlo.com to my address book also.

You are not able to reach out to support due to not having a subscription. I am not sure what sight you are on asking for an access code can you please provide a screenshot? Is there no recordings for all Arlo Pro 4 cameras or only certain ones?
