I have already run external wires for my Arlo Pro 2 cameras and really don't want to have pull them and run another set of wires. Does anyone know if there is an adapter to convert the Arlo Pro 2 Cable to be used with an Arlo Pro 4 camera?

No... not yet but who knows what third parties may do.
the Pro series uses a micro usb while the newer cameras use a magnetic connector.
( done to help weatherproof the camera )
You'll prob have to either buy new cables or DIY with cut and splice ( not recommended )

Thanks. I agree about not trying to use a cut and splice cable.
