All details are needed. WHat charger are you using? Is the battery dead? Is the camera already in your account or is this a new install?

Same issue here .... use them at my winter house ... they both went dead and when I returned to the house, took them down to recharge and neither of them will charge no matter what I do ... no blue flashing light when I first plug them in, no nothing - they refuse to accept a charge.

Try plugging them in for a few minutes, unplug, plug back in, etc. several times. The idea is to get enough power into the battery to allow it to properly charge.
However, the lack of a blue flash when first plugged in seems to imply power isn't being delivered. Are you using the proper charger with the proper specs (Arlo, 5V, 2A)?
