I can not setup my camera with my iPhone/iPad because my router is a duel band google nest wifi 2.4 &5). I can’t get the camera to read the QR code

Your mobile device needs to be connected to the 2.4 ghz band to complete setup. Be sure you're mobile device is connected to the 2.4ghz band and try going through setup again.

The cameras read the QR code irrespective of the router frequency. Just reset the camera ( push the sync button till front LED goes amber) OR try using the Arlo app on another device( Ipad, computer)
