I have tried numerous times using the reset button and removing and reinstalling the battery. I get a blinking blue light and a chime but, it never connects.

It's not brand new. I have 2 other cameras on my network now and they work fine. The first thing I noticed with this one is that it quit alerting me when there was movement.

Im planning to add additional cameras but, I want to make sure Arlo is a good brand or I'll be forced to look elsewhere. These cameras are very needed for security where I am so a nonfunctioning one is a serious problem.

When you use the reset button (assuming you hold it for >15 seconds, until the LED starts flashing amber) you also have to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices to be able to onboard it again.
