Hello I’m having trouble with my Arlo cameras. They no pick up any cars, animals, etc even though I have the activity zone set it won’t pick anything up on the cameras until something is super close to the camera. I’ve reset the cameras and readjusted the camera but nothing works.

Have you tried removing the activity zone?

Also, I suggest running the motion detection test.

I have had this issue as well for the last several months-- there's no way it's just related to one camera as I'm having this issue with all 3 of the cameras that all used to work just fine.  I suspect that one of the firmware updates have caused a glitch.  I just chatted with Customer Service and they were _completely_ useless.  Unless I can get a resolution I guess I spent the $$$ for just a couple of years of a working system and will have to get a new camera system.  Any suggestions?

Yea I’m still having the same issue with my 2 cameras even after doing what customer service is telling me to do. I will just need to repurchase a different brand of cameras since these only worked for like 6 months for me then stopped working. I don’t need cameras that only pick up things directly in front of them.
