Our WIFI provider just told us that our Arlo cameras are causing our TV to buffer when the cameras are on. Does anyone else have this problem. Our provider had cable for TV but switched to WIFI for TV. We never had a problem when  our cameras were one when tv was cable. Can the Arlo cameras drain too much from our router WIFI ? When we shut the cameras off the TV does not buffer.

I expect from your response that you have the buffering issue when any of the cameras are operating, can you confirm this?

This might be a long shot but you tried power cycling the base?

Does the local wifi router have dual band wifi? Example mine has 2 and 5ghz which I use the 5ghz wifi for the tv.

Do you have an arlo Base/hub and is the pro4 camera connected to it or connected direct to the local wifi?

If you connect the tv to the internet router using a Ethernet cable does it still buffer the tv? You would need to set the tv to use the Ethernet port.

can not connect the tv with ethernet!  Arlo pro 4 is connected to my wifi router, but we have other arlo cameras also  not just pro 4. all connected to arlo base.

Have you tried shutting off one at a time, and see if there is a single camera triggering this symptom?
