Wife unable to see cameras after invite.

I recently installed 3 Pro 4 cameras around my home and sent my wife an invite so she could view them as well.  After accepting the invitation from the email and creating her account, the cameras do not appear for her on her login.  All it does is give the option to add new cameras.  We have tried two different email addresses with no luck.

Have you selected the cameras for her to view in your grant access setting? She cannot add them.

yes, all 3 cameras have green check marks and permissions have been checked

When you view the invitation from your account, does it still show pending? If it shows pending, that means it has not been accepted. Try opening and accepting the invitation link from  PC.
