Why is arlo keep asking me to subscribe wh e n i have never had to subscribe for support before? I

Why is arlo asking me to subscribe after I have log in. I have never had to subscribe since I have had this system for the last 8 years

It may be that you have zones defined. Those require either a subscription or AC power to the cameras. Try deleting the zones to see if that helps.
