Won't Subscribe to Trial plan and to a paid plan Arlo Pro 4

I purchased the 3 camera arlo pro 4 about 2 weeks ago from amazon without the hub. I am willing to pay and subscribe to a monthly subscription after free trial runs out but I couldn't even use the free trial and even if I'm willing to subscribe and pay, it won't allow me to do so. 

I'm from Manila Philippines.

I purchased this because I believed in the product. Please help out.

You can purchase a SmartHub for local recordings. All cameras connected to that hub will be recorded on the attached drive. You then use the app to select the hub when viewing the library to access those recordings.
