I'm about ready to trash it and get Ring just because I can't speak with a HUMAN to answer questions! Uhh. Anyone?

Uhhhh. I don't wanna deal with all this BS... just signing up with new Internet at a new remote home, I think I'll just switch from the start👍🏼🤷🏻♀️..: I only have one Arlo camera already so it's worth wasting it rather than buying two more and having all three end up being wasted effort and money!

yep, each time has been about an hour with customer service. Very frustrating especially having to pay the shipping to send the camera back to them.
Definitely wasted money on our end for sure. I already canceled my subscription and currently comparing other brands and models. 2k is nice, but I'd rather have one that will work properly.

Can’t make this up, both of my RMA items I received today do not work. After chiming on the QR code, it blinks blue for 9-12 blinks, you hear a internal click, followed by 2 rapid auburn blinks and powers down.
And also, through all of this, my remaining camera that was working, stopped working overnight. Arlo Pro 4 Wireless Security Camera
