Video recovery

I had a contractor scam me from Helene and need to recover video that is 5 months old for court. Is there any way that I can retrieve this

I see that you are currently in standby mode with only one camera set to activate in this mode, the "doorbell". If you want other devices to record in this mode you will need to add them to the standby mode with the appropriate rules.

Unless you had local recordings enabled (requires a hub that the camera is connect to), there's no way to recover deleted videos. That includes those that fall off your Feed after the number of days allowed by your subscription.

I added 2 new Essential cameras in my property and now there is no video recording. They are connected to the WI-Fi and you can see the property, but they do not record anymore.
