I have 3 cameras on a construction site, after 3 weeks the batteries on one of them has completely drained due to an insane amount of audio detection alerts. Please tell me there's a way to turn this off? The amount of false alerts/notifications is driving mt client crazy. Just this weekend, at a site that is vacant, I got 1,904 alerts. Secondly, is there a customer support phone number? I can't seem to find any solutions to the issues I am having and my clients are not very happy. Also, I have routines setup and for some reason the main mode for the "Arm Home" setting gets turned off every day. Why?

Yes.  Go into the three modes (in edit mode), and look at the camera rules.  If there is no rule for the camera, then it is not armed in that mode (so no problem).  If there is a rule, then if you edit it, you'll see an audio detection component.  Disabling that will turn audio detection off.

Phone support requires a subscription (trial or paid).  They don't publish the phone number(s) - you need to contact them with the app (NOT my.arlo.com).  Go into the support area, and select a camera that is subscribed (doesn't really matter which).  Then scroll down to the contact section, and you'll see a phone option.  It's available from 6 am to 6 pm US pacific time.
