We need details as to what you've tried and what you see. Have you tried the reset procedure?

BTW, never post personal info on an open Internet forum.

Pro 4, are you connecting to a base station or wifi?  If wifi are you on the 2.4 ghz connection?  Do you have the most updated app?  Try doing the factory reset, this usually fixes 90-95% of issues.  Sometimes if your having base issues its good to factory reset the base and this allows the glitches to work themselves out.

Reset Procedure? You cannot use that procedure unless the camera is paired to my Wi-Fi.  I called support and some Indian guy told me to purchase a Arlo subscription and I should be able to use my phone application to pair my ARLO Pro 4 camera. Nothing what that Indian guy was true!

That Indian support staff is so corrupt, they fake a incident just to log into your network and try to sale you some security feature you don't NEED!  They should all fired and arrested immediately and sent back to India! All they want is someone's MONEY! I will follow up in Carlsbad, California Law Enforcement, and the District Judge.

This is a public forum, so not a good idea to publish your email address.  Hopefully Arlo will redact it for you (without just removing your post).

Likely you googled a phone number, which resulted in reaching a scam support site.  If you still have the number you called (and ideally the website you found it on), you can report it using the email address here:

Not the case.

All you have to do is press the sync button on the camera until it flashes amber (about 15 seconds).  If the camera is in the account, then you do need to remove it before onboarding again.
