I purchased the Pro 4 Arlo and I am set it up, it came with 3 cameras i bought 4 camera can I add it

i set up my arlo 4 pro, came with 3 cameras, best buy said you can add a 4th camera, sold me one more for $200 and now when I set up it stopped allowing me to add device with 3 cameras, I am, veryt upset as no live customer service, how do I add a 4th canmera and will it work ok with what I bought which was a 3 camera system, can you please advise and am I in trouble with the 4th camera as I see no option to add a 4th camera as well I may want to add a total of 5-6 cameras.. Thank you

Do you have the original 3-camera system working?

If you do, you can add a Pro 4 simply by going through "add device".
