Can you get them on the phone when home (but not connected to home wifi)?

just turned wi fi off and got message Location Accuracy Turning on wi fi will improve location accuracy  Log Back In 

Log Out

wi fi still off and now can see live feed

Then you should be able to see the feed when you are away (since you are using the mobile network, just as you are with wifi off).
