Tool to open and remove battery from camera is GONE! How do I get a new one?  Not from point of purchase that is for sure.  Best Buy simply knows nothing!

Additionally...too many restrictions on how to label inquiry...LABELS will not allow:  Battery, Key, Tool, Purchase and these are the words for the why I am inquiring.

There is no tool needed for the normal Pro 4.  Are you talking about a camera that uses the security mount?

If so, you can purchase a short 2 mm hex key at a local hardware store.
