I have been trying to contact anyone from Arlo, with no luck what so ever
I paid almost 1000£ between devices and subscription and there is no way to contact support to fix your product and subscription always shows Verisure, which is not true at all
I will not recommend you to anyone

There is contact details within the arlo mobile app, go settings/support, select the camera and view phone contact details at the page bottom.
This of course assumes your camera is still under warranty or has a subscription plan attached to that camera.
I don’t disagree with your assessment of arlo support. Kinda died at the start of Covid although it happens to be a good way to make more money by relying on subscriptions to boost revenue.
