So… Try as I might to sign up for a “Plan” I can’t do it. Not on the website, not through my profile. Completely unimpressed with everything ARLO at this point. These cameras are useless without the plan and you won’t let me buy one. Of course there is no phone number anywhere to try to talk to a person, so here I am. What gives ARLO?

What country do you live in as a sub is not available in all countries?

You said you tried it on a website but have you tried it on a pc browser at my.arlo.com? Also make sure you have checked the "agree to terms" that some here have missed.
