I’m having trouble getting a smarthub home base. I submitted my email to be notified when back in stock. However, every time I receive a notice, they’re unavailable when I log in to shop. Anyone else experiencing this trouble? How did you get one?

It's just frustrating because there's a significant price mark up from other vendors. I went ahead and made an Amazon purchase. It's better than paying for a subscription long-term.

Try approved online vendors in your area. Amazon and BestBuy are good choices or check the Arlo website for other choices.
