Pro 3 or Pro 4 duel battery charger and pro 3 or pro 4 batteries availability

Hello, can anyone tell me if the pro 3 or 4 duel battery charger is available and batteries for the pro 3 or 4??
ie; for purchase??

These accessories are currently out of stock on arlo.com. You can opt in to notified when they are available by pressing the "notify me" button on the website and entering your email address.

You can also check with a local authorized retailer such as Best Buy for availability.

Your Community Support does try to accommodate  Arlo's customers;  but I am highly disappointed  in your Company.  arlo web site states arlo 2 camera batteries are compatible with the pro 3 & pro 4 batteries; I ordered them from Best Buy and had to return them for they are NOT compatible with the arlo 2.  Your company does not have a phone contact or a direct  email to arlo.  I assume to get your Support one has to be a paying client.   I just have the regular basic program.  I wanted longer lasting batteries for my system.  You say U have the longer lasting ones for my system; U don't.   I am shutting the system down after spending 2 years ago all that money.  No recommendations from this corner.

Where are you seeing that?

I'm looking here: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/accessories/VMA5400-10000S.html and am not seeing pro or pro 2 cameras listed in "show compatible devices" there.

And when I look here: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/accessories/VMA4400-100NAS.html I am not seeing Pro 3 or Pro 4 listed either.

Again: If U click on the pro 3 pro 4 battery there is an * of compatibility; it states the longer lasting batter is compatible with the arlo 2 Cameras,,,I had the new ones.....they don' fit and the dbl. charger is not compatible either.

Could you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? I don't see Pro or Pro 2 listed anywhere on the compatibility list for https://www.arlo.com/en-us/accessories/VMA5400-10000S.html

I'm not seeing what you think you're seeing - compatibility is shown for the Ultra 2, not the Pro 2. The Pro 1/2 batteries only list those cameras as compatible.
