My base station is offline my internet's working fine and the light on the front of the base station is blue. I've already followed all the steps Arlo gave online and none of that fix the problem. Anyone have any advice?
I've removed the smart hub from my account and reset by holding the reset pin button for 10 seconds, then re added the smart hub. It fails to find a firmware update and then appears offline in my app and in the browser login. I've done this multiple times.

10 seconds for the reset may not be enough - hold the button until the LED starts flashing amber and let it reboot (~2 minutes).
Is a VPN being used anyplace? Have you tried rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app?

The problem is now resolved. I had previously had the hub wired to a mesh node. I moved it to a switch that is wired to the main node / router and reset from there. configured as a new Smart Hub and then the firmware update check actually worked, then the hub was detected as online in the app.
