My dad has granted me access to his cameras but on my end I can’t see anything. I think installed the wrong software but now I can’t do anything about it. I can’t go back to the old app. HELP

What arlo app UI do you have loaded, Library or feed?
The two app types are not compatible between accounts. Arlo has forced this incompatibility by not letting new account users the option of which UI to install on their account.
It suggests that this is the issue as to why your not getting any shared cameras.
If you do have the same UI for both accounts then the issue is likely that the granted invite process failed, check the owners account granted access list showing your invite status has been accepted and not pending.
