I recently added the Arlo wireless doorbell to my set up and was forced to update my app. Now all the settings for 2 of the Arlos Pro 4 cameras are gone. I've tried restarting the cameras and uninstalled and reinstalled the app but can't get the settings back. The upgraded app removed my previous settings so I'd like to change them back.

Assuming the cameras are not offline, which will cause this, try reinserting the battery to reset the camera to a known state. Check to verify the battery is charged sufficiently. If still no good, try removing one camera that has the missing items and add it back. Any better?

The current apps support 2 user interfaces (UIs). Assuming that what you really mean is that your UI changed from the old one using Library to view recordings to the new one that uses Feed, you need to edit your 3 modes to accomplish what you need. All 3 can be used regardless of their names. Only Arm Away automatically gets a rule for all cameras (just like Armed did in the old UI) so you have to populate the other modes appropriately.

Hello,
Yes I meant the upgrade with the Feed feature. The settings that are missing are: Device On, Power Management, Video Settings, Night Vision, Light Settings, Audio Settings, Activity Zones. These settings are still on 3 of my Arlo Pro 4s, but are missing from 2 of them.
