Retieving security footage from Arlo's cloud

I do not have a "library" link on my Arlo dashboard or the Arlo App to access the saved (30 days) history of
my security cameras that is suppose to be available from the Arlo cloud.
I purchased a plan from Arlo my dashboard shows the plan is active.
I tried to get a phone number to contact Arlo's technical department thru their "Chat" communications, but they
keep saying I'm not allowed to receive phone support from the technical team. Chat continues to direct me to articles that really don't address the problem.
Does someone have an answer to this problem or a phone # for Arlo.

Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead? If you do, then the history is in "Feed" (basically a new name for Library).
