Hi. I have been installing a new Pro 4 (2K) and am finding that if I want a closer zoom, that it does not hold when I try to do this through the Camera Positioning utility it doesn’t hold the changes. I make the change, then leave the utility, but when I go back in to check it, the old settings are back.  BTW, I’ve tried to sit there for a couple of minutes in case it takes a while to reset, but the change still doesn’t hold. I am using this through a 3 year old base station, with older cameras.

I've had issues with some of the settings holding when using a older base station.  I assume its probably

VMB4500 or the VMB4000.  Does it currently have the latest firmware installed?  Also are your pro 4's updated with the latest firmware?

Hi. Thanks for responding, but, yes, both are up to date with firmware.

Please reach out to support, you get there by going in the support area of the app (not my.arlo.com), and selecting a camera in a subscription plan. Scroll down to the contact section, and you will see an option for phone support. It is available between 6 am and 6 pm US pacific time.
