Reconnecter caméras à distance

J’ai mes caméras ARLO PRO 4 XL branchées depuis 10 mois

J’ai dû recharger les batteries 3 Fois alors qu’elles sont données pour tenir 12 mois …

mais cela va dépendre de leur utilisation donc je peux comprendre 

Mais depuis 2 jours mes 3 caméras sont déconnectées !

comment les reconnecter à distance sachant que je sais que ma box internet fonctionne ?

What do you mean by "plugged in"? Are you using solar panels or the outdoor AC power adapter? If you need to charge the batteries on occasion, it would appear that you're using solar panels.

How are the cameras connected - to your home WiFi or to a SmartHub? Have you tried rebooting them? Try using the web client on a computer browser at my.arlo.com to see if they are shown properly there.
