Arlo facial recognition fails when dark

I apologize if this has been covered. I sleep with my phone next to me. When I get Arlo alerts at night the Arlo app is unable to see my face even with screen on bright. It’s cumbersome to input my password. Has any thought been given to a 4 digit pin as a backup to facial recognition failure. Thank you.
