Problem with Arlo Pro 4 to detect motion in default Armed mode

Hey folks, having an issue trying to to get my Arlo pro 4 to detect motion. It shows as an available  device on the devices tab, I can play live feeds through it, and shows as connected to my Arlo base . I have 3 other Arlo Pro 2, and 1 Arlo Pro 4 already connected to the base. This is a 5th Arlo ( a Pro 4 ) I am trying to get to work for motion detection. Everything is set perfectly on the new Arlo Pro 4 camera - motion detection, activity zones, etc. just like the others. The only thing I see is that after syncing it to the base, it does not show up in the default 'armed' mode like all the other cameras are. I cannot add it manually there either ( no pencil or add feature ). The only way this camera will detect motion is if I creat a new mode and add it there with same rule settings as the default 'armed' mode. I even tried adding the other cameras individually and saving 1 by 1 to this new mode and the only one that detect motion is the new Arlo Pro 4 Camera. So I cannot add it to the existing 'armed' mode and the others won't detect motion when adding to a custom mode. I tried 2 different Arlo Pro 4 cameras with the same issue. Rebooting the base and resyncing does nothing. If only I can get this new Arlo Pro 4 camera to the default 'Armed' I am convinced it will work. What can I do?
