I've just set up my father-in-law with 2 Arlo Pro 4 cameras which are connected to his fibre broadband (no base station) - all working fine, he gets all alerts and can see devices etc on his iphone. He has setup my wife with full access rights and has sent her the invite email through the app. My wife has received the invite and setup her own Arlo Account. When she logs in (on either on iphone or Macbook) no shared devices are shown - not sure what to do. The app on my father-in-laws account shows invite pending. Help please - we're 25 miles away from the cameras.

I'm not exactly sure but you need to follow the emailed directions closely. It's not a matter of just setting up an account - the link has to be followed to actually accept the invite.

Has the cameras on your father-in-law account been selected for her to see in the grant access set up? You may want to try again and use a PC to accept the e-mail invite as people had had problems in the App since it still shows pending.
