My husband has sent me a friend request and I’ve created an account but when I log in it looks like a new account and ask me to add device. We have tried multiple times to delete the request for access and re request with no luck. We’ve also tried going on a computer to see if that works and still nothing. Can someone give us some advice on how I can view our cameras? We just bought them a few days ago. Thanks!

Has he selected the cameras for you to view in the Grant Access setting?
