Pro4 can’t see local storage videos in library

I have attached an external drive to the hub. I see that storage capacity is being used but no videos are appearing in my library even after I set it to “hub” please help

Do you mean you have the 4540 Smart Hub instead of the ones you listed. You need the 4540 or 5000 to view local recordings in the app. Also have you followed these steps in setting it up.
