How can I connect my camera outside the range of my wifi?

Basically you can't. 

 

If you are connecting directly to your home wifi, you'll need to somehow extend your home Wifi - either by upgrading to a mesh or by adding an wifi extender or access point.

 

If you are pairing the camera with a base station, you'll need to position the base station so it can reach the camera.

 

Note that the Arlo Go can connect directly to the cellular network, so that could be an option.  You'd need a data plan for it of course,
