All was good until I purchased a new router - Arris G34.
I previously used a Netgear router for the last few years.
I know this needs to be on the 2.4 network minimum.
Setup all looks good at first, inserting the battery, taking a photo of the QR code and then it beeps.
From there, it just keeps cycling to find the camera with no luck.
I would prefer to call a 1-800 number and speak to a live person if possible.

I got it working.
I had to change the security type from WPA3 to WPA2.
Thanks

For future reference, the simplest approach is to set upt he new router to use the same WiFi name and password as the old one.

Make sure the router is set to allow WPA2 connections.
If you are using a VPN on the phone, then make sure you disconnect that before you do the install.
You might
- try using a PC (my.arlo.com) instead of your phone.
- check the router's attached device list after the beep, and see if the camera is showing up there.
