Can´t cancel my subscription!!

I have tried to cancel my subscription for the whole week but all I get is a blank page!
Tried to find Arlo support, just to realise there is no active support only a chattbot. Customer service for this product is rock bottom!
I have tried theese steps
Log in at my.arlo.com.
Click Settings > Subscription.
Click Cancel Subscription,
Verify cancel subscription
BLANK SCREEN!!!! HAPPENS NOTHING

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
