More details would help.Connected to WiFi or a hub? Signal strength icon shows what? Can you swap cameras around to see if it's the location or camera? If no other cameras, have you moved the camera closer to your router or hub to see if that helps? What is the house construction and what is the straight line path of the connection to your router or hub, noting the number of walls and things on or in the walls? What have you tried?
