Pro 4 will not sync up to my new cell phone

Recently had my cell phone destroyed, had Arlo account set up to this destroyed phone, had to get a new cell phone, tried logging into account with new phone and I keep getting "we don't recognize this device" and no options to click on so i can update my existing account to new cell phone!!!!!

 

How do I sync up my new phone to this existing account ?

You likely need support's help on this.  Use one of the support links in the forum (there's one at the top of the page, and another at the bottom).
