Video library won't play using Google Chrome.. Instructed to download first, but won't allow the download. Any fixes available ?

Just tested Chrome and win 10.... works fine here.

Very few browsers will play 2k or 4k videos directly, hence the need to download them. Edge will with recent video hardware support (as well as a plug-in from the MS Store).

2K or 4K recordings use HEVC/H.265 video compression, which Chrome doesn't support. Edge will work on most newer Windows PCs if you get the HEVC browser extension from Microsoft. It should also work on newer Macs with Safari.
What happens when you try to download? I haven't had any issues trying to do that.
