Pro 4 not recording

We recently installed 4 exterior Arlo Pro 4 security cameras and solar panels. All 4 initially worked properly. Now, tho, one will show live view, but regardless of settings, that one will NOT record any events, like people or motion. Already did a restart. What needs to be done to correct the one that will not record events?

Check the subscription status. It sounds like the 3-month trial might have expired for that camera.

No—doesn’t expire til Dec. Other 3 are working fine, & this one worked properly initially. Thx for reply.

Check if you can make a manual recording while livestreaming. If 2K livestreaming is enabled, you'll need to disable that in order to make a recording.
Perhaps also enable audio detection as a test in the camera rule, and see if that triggers and makes a recording.

Was able to make manual recordings & played back. Did not capture # of recordings in visual count. Audio settings were, & still r, are enabled. Went outside to see if would capture me on recording. That device no longer recording unless done manually. Strange. Initially worked. Now it doesn’t. Nothing done to camera to change anything. Hmmm . . . 🤔🥺

Try removing the battery in the camera for about 10 seconds, and then reinsert it. That will reboot the camera, which might resolve whatever has gone wrong.
