Pro 4 not recording activity

One of my three camera that are currently active stopped recording activity.  It is working as I had someone walk in front of it and I saw the person on the main screen but no recording - 
anyone have a suggestion.  The camera is plugged in , blue light comes on. Every works but not the recording.  I’ve had it working since 2022.  I only sporadically check recordings. I only realized it isn’t working today do not know date that it stopped

Thanks for the reply.  I got help from Arlo support.  He was very helpful & spent an hour on the phone with me to fully resolve the issue.  He had me delete and reinstall the camera.  After a number of failed attempts it worked!!

Is it in a subscription plan?

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming?

About how far was the person from the camera?
