I have 3 Arlo Pro 4 cameras connected to my account, but I am having trouble with the App and the routines.

Previously, this was working fine, but something seems to have changed.

How it should work is this
- Camera is on Standby while we are in the house, until,
- Cameras go into Arm Home between 5pm and 6am
- Camera is in Arm Away if both me and my wife leave the house.
- Camera goes into either Standby or Arm Home when either myself or my wife come home.

As I mentioned, this was working fine, but now this happens.
- Camera is on Standby while we are in the house, until,
- Cameras go into Arm Home between 5pm and 6am. However, if we arrive back at the house after 5pm and the camera is in Arm Away, the camera goes back into Standby mode.
- Camera is in Arm Away if both me and my wife leave the house. However, when it get’s to 5pm, even if we are both away, it goes in Arm home at 5pm.
- Camera goes into either Standby or Arm Home when either myself or my wife come home. However, it is doing this, even if Standby should be activate.

So, somewhere along the way, it is getting confused.

Please could you help?

Can you describe what automations you have set up?

I don't know of any way to set up an automation to do this.  The system will go into whatever mode you have set in the action field of your arrive automation - and there can only be one automation there.  So it will always go into the same mode when one of you arrive.  If you choose "Standby" for that mode, then sometimes you will need to manually set it to "Arm Home" (and vice versa).  Or wit for the next schedule event to take care of it.

This is a design flaw in the automation framework, that hopefully Arlo is working on correcting.
